Sparring
We practise three (3) types of sparring:
five-step sparring, one-step sparring, and free sparring.
One-step Sparring:
One-step sparring is similar to five-step sparring. Instead
of stepping five times, students need only to step once. This
exercise is usually practised by higher rank students. Students
learn focus, various counter-attacks, and timing.
